Scotnom attend International ICANN Meeting


Scotnom demonstrate their commitment to delivering a successful bid by travelling to Mexico City for the 34th International Public ICANN Meeting. 

On 1st - 6th March 2009, Scotnom directors attended the ICANN meeting to continue to understand ICANN’s operating procedures and their interpretations of the application process.

During the week long conference, Scotnom met with existing registries and with technology solutions providers in an effort to drive the best and most successful dotSCOT campaign possible.

1219 people attended the ICANN Public Meeting in Mexico, from over 100 different countries. The participants engaged in a wide range of discussions about the Internet’s domain name system and related issues.
